Chesapeake City Council Appoints Mrs. Peggy Layne as newest CRHA Commissioner

CRHA Welcomes New Commissioner, Peggy Layne

Mrs. Peggy Layne was recently appointed to the CRHA Board of Commissioners.  Commissioner Layne will join the 9-member Board during the May 22, 2024 meeting.
